Yep that is what i use. Pretty good product for free. Little hard to set up but once set up works like a charm.

I never liked PHPCoin, but I've seen the screenshots of solid-state and it looks more professional in my opinion. However, you have to remember that you can get a WHMCS license for like $15 /mo... and I think it pays for itself after a couple customers.

I think once the OP starts making enough profit then decides to go "paid" then yes WHMCS would be the way to go.

Just starting out though "free" is always better.
