$35 unique templates (with resell rights)

I ask $35 to design a template. I can design anything…. Fansites, professional sites, kids sites, personal sites etc. I fall in to what the client wants. You will receive your template within 24 from placing your order. When I design a template for you, you have resell rights as well, you can resell them for as much as you want. But the design will be placed in my portfolio. When I design something for you, it will be sold to you only. I don’t sell my templates more than once. Once I designed the template, I will make minor changes for you until you are %100 happy.

Yes, that does make sence. ;) Please note that my best stuff like my forum skins and everything is down at the moment, due to the fact that my host crashed and I'm moving to a new host now.

Yes it is sliced/coded in html with a bit of css.

I also want a site done it needs to look better than this current one http://interxmedia.net Have you any ideas? currently just using a paid template, I would rather something a little more me, and something that makes my host look old IE: http://www.jodohost.com/ you know them sites that just look like the host has been around for years.. Dont need to be that advanced of course for 35$ :P
