Need Hosting: Please help

I am seeking a host that will support the following requirements:


Standard Requirements

Linux Server (some old distributions are not supported)
Apache Web Server
MySQL (version 4 or higher)
PHP (version 4.3 or higher)

PHP Configuration:
safe_mode = off
max_execution_time = 1000 (recommended to prevent timeouts during video upload/conversion)
session.gc_maxlifetime = 14000 (recommended to prevent session expires during video upload)
open_basedir = (no value)
output_buffering = on
upload_max_filesize = 100M (recommended maximum video upload size in MB)
post_max_size = 100M (recommended maximum video upload size in MB)

GD Library 2 or higher
FFmpeg
Mplayer + Mencoder
Flv2tool
Libogg + Libvorbis
LAME MP3 Encoder

Extra Requirements

CGI-BIN Access
Apache mod_rewrite Enabled
PHP Configuration (php.ini): register_argc_argv = On
Must be able to run PHP from the command line (CLI) with exec()
Allowed execution of background processes with exec("binary > /dev/null &")

what my plan was to get a shared hosting to see if the site grows then go get a dedicated server. But if this isn't possible i am seeking a VPS or Dedicated server at a reasonable price.

I am looking for about 100+gb space and 1500+gb bandwidth

Also would be great if proxies were allowed for my other site.

Just with your transfer needs you will need a didi server. Might want to post in that areas and see what can be offered to you.

And if anyone offers you your specs on a shared host they are overselling just on transfer alone.

Allk them requirements + space and bandwidth point to only one thing, Dedicated or VPS soloution, And I think your asking for that, try posting in the Dedicated Server request forums, as your have more luck, good luck.

Yep just did. My bandwidth and space requirements are lowered if it's shared. I need a place to tryout my site if it even works out. So please post shared offers with w/e bandwidth and space you have that meet the above requirments
