How many administrators do you have looking over your business when you are not there and what features do you look for in a co-admin?
Having more help is always better but is it better to do it your self or get it done the correct way or have someone look over things for you to release the stress I would really like to know how the big host do it....

Including me we have 3. Quite a few active admins is quite important to manage support requests quickly.

Including myself we have 5. I look for basic knowledge, a desire to learn and of course hours the admin would be available.

How are you not sure? I thought that would be something you would always know.
