100-200 MB Backup

I need a backup for a couple of my websites. It should just be needed if my server is down (rarely happens). So if i'll use it once every few months it'll be a miracle.
So what i need: 100-200 MB of space. Some bandwidth... 1-2 gb will be more than enough.. Also a very important aspect is that i'll need private nameservers.

Can I just guess your looking for a very small basic 'reseller', already setup so you can switch when your server goes out as a backup measure? With DNS entries for your own and clients, and possibly redundant tertiary NS to keep downtime to zero.
