I've seen people on forums and everything who have emails like name@domain.uni.cc. I have a domain through them and I was wondering how do you do that? I've tried using Google Apps, but the things you have to do to enable it I don't thing uni.cc offers. If anyone knows how to do this please explain.

Get a hosting account, point the domain at the hosting account, and use the email on that hosting account.

Cool, I'll see if that works.

I can't get this to work. Does anybody have any advice if you can set this service up with Google Apps, or Livemail, or even that chineese one Sogou?

Dont know about that..but if you are pointing the .uni.cc email via nameservers instead of IP only once it resolves this should work with no problems at all..

Yes, I'm using nameservers, but my host doesn't provide emails. That's why I was hoping to use a service like Google Apps (www.google.com/a), maybe I'll just transfer to a host that provides emails.

I would go to the second option..most of those services may not be compatible.

Ok thanks a bunch man. Just to clerify, this means that if I point my domain www.cerb.uni.cc to www.cerb.host.com and I have an email cerb@cerb.host.com, then if I send an email to cerb@cerb.uni.cc, it will go to cerb@cerb.host.com? Confusing, but I hope you get what I mean.

No, you will have to add your domain to your account (Addon/parked domains) and then setup a mailbox or forwarder.

Oh! You know what, I don't think I'm going to stress myself over this one becaue I have no clue how I'd do that.
