- about 2000mb or 3000mb bandwidth
- CPanel
- domain hosting (i will host 5 domains on it)
- about 20 subdomains, same for mysql dbs and emails.

The webhost must have existed for ATLEAST 12 Months and will optionally provide uptime stats.

I would pay 1.99$ max per month.

PS: For those whowill be asking, I will pay 6 months in advance (that means semi-annually).
