i wanna register nameservers through godaddy but with their new Domain control center V4.0 i can't.
they tell me to click this and go there. but i can't see the option. anyone lend a hand and walk me through it. it seems when they redesigned options disappeared or are hidden in other options.
i'm very confused right now.

they should have a help page on their site, did you refer?
or you can just ask them to set it for you...

I didn't like the way the control panel works at GoDaddy so I switched to NameCheap and it was much simpler.
