Hello,

What would cause a website to only not display only on my computer? When I go to it on a proxy, I can see it. I can also not connect to the email server on the site.

Thanks

Edit: I don't know if it's the server or my computer, how can a site display for everyone else and not me?

You might be having dns issues with your machine. If you are running windows go to start->run->type in cmd-> then type in ipconfig /flush dns. Also make sure that you clear your browser cache. And if you are behind a router of sorts be sure to restart that as well.

If it's a new site/domain, perhaps it hasn't fully propagated yet?

You said that you tried it on a proxy and it worked, which means it's your computer that can't access it.

See this thread.

I flushed DNS already, router was restarted. Virus perhaps? Not a new domain.

tracert the domain

(Start -> Run -> cmd)

if you get some error about "Cannot resolve domain.ext" then it's your ISP, if you get some jumps (After your router (192.168.x.x)) then it's your server.

Are you blocked by your ISP to the rang the server is on?

Thanks to Hosting-Shack, I am now sucessfully back on the server! Somehow the server blocked my IP, quite odd! Thanks HS, you're quite the helper.
