i used to have the T-Mobile MDA, and i really miss having a touch screen. think i might get the wing when the second generation one is released.

I've never wanted a fancy mobile, I just want one that's small, can make calls & send texts. Long battery life too. I don't need anything else.

That's why I have a 4 year old nokia.

lol, i wish i could go back to that. i am spoiled with syncing my phone to the comp to back up my numbers, sync my email, appointments, tasks and other stuff. at this point, i dont think i could function properly in daily life without it.

Got about a dozen, my fav is my Nokia 6310i, got an old Nokia 'banana' phone (the one before the Matrix - it didn't flip down on the press of a button it slid down, cracking phone), Blackberry (don't use it as a phone it's cack) several others.

I for one enjoy not having to think about an answer to a question ...... meaningful conversations are over rated .......

I remember those banana things, that was one of the first phones I had when "pay as you do it" or whatever came out, on vodafone, I thought I was soooo slick

Hi,

I also have a 6310i. Not the best screen but specs (CPU, OS, etc) are perfect and stable for me :)

Maybe it was just a bad batch - cough - big batch!

Nice design, badly engineered? You get the force of the spring action causing all sorts of problems, so bad design really!!

i still find that odd that people say it was garbage. i sold mine to my old neighbor, and she is still using it, and has no problems. :S

Can somebody *please* tell me if there's some catch with this deal; because it just sounds too good to be true!

http://saverstore.e2save.com/contract-mobile-phone/Samsung-X820-Price-Match/X820PM

/edit

Yeah, its a catch. You only get the 11 months free back as cashback. And that site is reknowned for the difficulty of getting that cashback.

False advertising if I ever saw it.

I have a v3, apart from the battery not lasting very long it does alright, it's my "backup" phone for when all other phones are broken and it always turns on when I need it too, even if it does only stay on for one phonecall per charge ...... I don't like this chocolate thing, my fingers are too fat for the girly buttons gonna get something fat finger friendly ......
"The fingers you have used to dial are too fat.
To obtain a special dialing wand, mash the keypad with the palm of your hand after the beep... beeeep"
