The plan available is what you get and we only provide to established sites that are in need of better hosting with more space, bandwidth etc.

You are obviously not understanding.
We are providing services to people who need MORE space, bandwidth etc. All we ask is they display a simple rotating banner add. They have a choice of a 468x60 banner or a 120x600 Tower. They also get free upgrades when and if they need it.
For the services we are providing I doubt that being a little picky on what sites we host is much to ask for.

That would be up to yourself.
Some people host it temperarily at places like 100webspace etc and show it to us.
