I would like to learn more about root functions for cpanel/whm, is
there some type of instructions on this subject?

I mean if i had problems with user accounts, or script/mod installation...
you know, Root access, apache servers....root commands, root functions, I dont think i can be more clear :) it would be nice to learn this stuff.

It depends on what you want to do. There packages that do certain things, and they all have different syntaxes when using them. Unfortunately it is not possible to summarize an entire operating system in a forum post.
But the way it works is like this:

root@server$ package infected.file -argument

Actually you're quite wrong, your initial description wasn't clear at all, you shouldn't be so quick to jump down someones throat when you're trying to get help with something ......
