Hi Guys and Girls + Jan :evilb:,

I would like to get a second view on the design that has just been released on our website www.wstech.com.au

We wanted to go for the simplicity look aswell as functionality, We wanted user friendly that is easy to get info.

Comments of all type are much appreciated

Regards,

Looks good, very simple and elegant. The one thing I noticed is that the menu font color is white and for me is kind of hard to see against the light green/lime background. If you make the font color of the menu links black, I think it would look better.

Also the "Live Support" icon seems to over shadow the logo. Maybe make the logo a little bigger/darker so it stands out?

Underneath the login box, you have "Sign in Sign up Forgot?"... maybe separate them more? Something like "Sign in - Sign up - Forgot ?".

When viewing the details of an item, underneath it will say "Customers who bought this product also purchased". I would 1) Make that bold and bigger, and 2) put a horizontal line so it stands out from the top part.

I would also make the forum theme part of the rest of the theme, to give it a uniform feel.

Good job so far! Looks great!

It's nice and light. The User login should be padded abit at the bottom and the page should be centered.

Awesome!

Note to self: Do not purchase RAM from Australia.

I really like it. Simple and elegant as mentioned.

I understand that color green maybe your company color or something but I would have to darken it up along menu bar. It really does make the white text hard to read. Otherwise, it looks excellent.

Agreed on the RAM :) Why is that so high?

Thanks for your feedback,

Ram? is it cheaper in the US, we supply some of the cheapest in AUS

The green, I will look into changing it. I must either have good eyesite or have memorized what each button is.

Paul

Very clean, simple design. Although it could use some pictures of your payment methods in the footer.

3 - 4 - 5 - 6

Looks good, however I'd suggest you work on the picture display.
I find it unprofessional when someone loads a large picture only by shrinking it with image height/width tags.

I'd suggest some on the fly php image handling to generate a smaller picture with the desired size, that then links to the original size.

Also, on the index page, the new products section does not seem 'leveled'.
Like description and pricing is not on the same horizontal line for all products.
I'd go with some sort of table. One cell for picture, one for description and one for price. Then everything will look smooth :)

Good job, I like the overall design. 8/10

I think it looks pretty nice.

Maybe you could darken the green in the navigation a little bit so that the text is more readable. You could also add in some of the blue that you have in the logo.

Looks good though :) By the way, what cart script are you using?
