Excellent, but it doesn't fit 800x600 and you need a better logo. I give it a 92%.

loads pretty fast for me, on a 56k modem.
because of the layout i would say it does not need any more graphics. it has a lot of text - looks a little intimidating to see so much text right away. it's a good layout but might be better if it were centered on the page (for higher resolutions - i use 1024 x 768 and get tired of reading only the left side of the page. feels off-balance).
