Best ad program for high traffic site.

I am staring a web site that WILL be high traffic. I will be offering free resellers. I want to put ads in the forums because the program will be post4host.
I want cpc or cpm ads that are NOT Google. Bidveriser and AdEngage are scams.
Please advise me on which ad company will be the best.

Well Clicksor is pretty decent when it comes on making money, within a day of putting it up I already made $2.75

Is that Clicksor? Because I contacted them and asked about my site (hosting) and they gave me two codes one for hosting sites and one for me..

Yeah, I tried clicksor and they gave me the same message.

They won't accept free hosting sites.
