Is there any possible way to find AIM chat logs or something from an account that was logged onto my PC? I think the government does it or something when they need to get details, but I need proof for something. Is there a software that could find it or does AOL store it anywhere?

IIRC, AOL stores chats on their servers for 8 months and can only be obtained with a court subpoena. Unless you have chats set to be logged, there's no way I know of to look at them.
