I had 7 domains registered with Registerfly, and I tried to register an 8th domain. It took my money, but I didn't get the domain. I submitted a ticket about it, and after a week of no response I decided to contact my lawyer. I told registerfly about my lawyers suggestions, and instead of replying to my ticket, or returning my money, they closed my account and took my domains!!! THATS THEFT!!!
Stay away from registerfly. They are too expensive, and they will steal your domains and/or money!!
Do any of you have any idea who I can contact to file a complaint about them, and maybe get my money and/or domains back?

Just a question, Have you been living on mars?
Register fly was stripped of their accreditation, The owners ran away, And they have one staff member.
I don't think you will get your domain and money back - Sorry.

Are your other seven domains still with RF? I thought godaddy rescued them all.

It makes me sad to see people like yourself taken advantage of like this. It really does.
It's sites like Register FLY who give the domain sales industry a really bad name.
I hope it all works out for you.
You know, someone should create a site where sites such as RF, Zero Registry and other failed or scam sites are listed and/or submitted by concerned members of the Internet Public. It would save people like the OP a lot of hassle.
Something to think about.

Hmm, I think I've seen this same exact post with bolding on three hosting forums I frequent now.
And yes, everyone says the same thing, "Where have you been, can't you read their front page or your main login page?"

I agree with you. Their DNS has never had problam within the 5 years I have been using them. But I also would not buy hosting from them. But for domain related their perfect.

I don't want to warm up old stories and I didn't lose much because of RegisterFly, just a few bucks and one domain name but the fact that I did noticed too late what was going on still sits in the back of my mind and every now and then I read up on the topic.
Today I found registerflies.com (http://www.registerflies.com/registerfly-news/registerfly-summary-godaddy.html?Itemid=115), the site where people have posted their bad experiences and I am quite shocked about what is said there.
It is not only RegisterFly they talk about but Enom and ICANN seem to be money grabbers as well. And here was I thinking Enom could help me to retrieve my domain.
First they wanted $30, then $160, then $50. Others got luckier, they were offered access to their domains after paying $20.
I wish GoDaddy had grabbed not only my three other domains but the "lost" one as well allthough GoDaddy seems to have their own problems too.
Makes me think....makes me think........:confused4
What has the world come to ???
I am seriously considering to go back to Mars, it's a little boring there but seems to be much safer.
