Well I just stuck another large order in, I've been using them for around 10 months now & each time they deliver, never had a problem.

Anyone else use them?. I just wished the released some promo codes, to my understanding they haven't in 4 years so god only knows why they have a promo field on the order form lol but I guess allot of there products have discounts anyway.

where are products shipped from? How long does it take?

Do they have stickers or anything that say "Made in China" or "Made in Malayasia" or even thailand?

Also did any of your parts ever get damaged? Also is it only pounds no USD?

Also living in the us, do i have to pay the VAT? p.s. I don't live in Michigan

I use them. They used to be a delivery station about 15min away from my house. Don't think it's their now.

Yeah, bought all the parts for my PC from them, a couple were faulty but they took them back & replaced them with no issues.

Great company, highly recommended.

Even they're a great company, I wouldn't recommend importing from them in the US.. you'll have to pay the 17.5% VAT we do, and then American taxes through customs... plus the extra delivery charges, it won't ever be worth it. American prices are always cheaper anyway.
