Please, suggest appropriate keywords, or tags, by which any search engine could give out the search results at the top slots, regarding the following passages:--

You could try doing it yourself at Google on a trial and error basis to see how well you will rank on a particular keyword. But I doubt you will be able to be on the top of the list. Even mispelled keywords or phrases have utilized by other sites to rank on SERP. Best that you invest on linkbuilding - both outgoing and inbound to relevant sites in your niche. This will also help on your SERP posistioning.
