The .info really brings value down in most people's eyes. There are some great websites available in .info, but it's not commonly used.

Now, the world of ccTLD's...that's a tough call. Since there are different requirements for each ccTLD that you need before you can register them, and each has a different life cycle, registrar's struggle with adapting to them and making them easy to use. I've had my best luck with Network Solutions for ccTLD's. And while they have higher prices, they've also given me the least amount of headaches since they switched to the new ccTLD system a few years ago.

I agree - probably only regfee for both.
