but there mysql support is horible and its always crashing

and php support barely works also

someone give me a very good free php/mysql host!!!

I guess you could try host.sk, i think a few people here are using it, and for a host with No Ads the have been around for ages.

I'm hosting a page in host.sk, but the database sometimes crashes and it's a bit "strange"...

Try it and you'll see how it works, maybe you'll like it.

It's hard to sign up, but once you're signed up, it's easy...

I signed up i try login on the ftp and it says my username and passis wrong but when i loggin from the site its coreect why is that?

I was under the impression host.sk does do domain hosting bummer. I wish they just had an english site :confused2

If they had an english site, they owuld be a warez heaven. The features are

and that is about it i think. Great for hosting forums on, but i recommend having a site as well, just in case.

It was a warez heaven, not long ago they cleaned it out, when i first found it; it was soo slow obiviously because of the warez. I'm kind of interested in putting up a site that has their site translated for people, for easy viewing.

host.sk doesn't support sendmail for PHP. It says that mail() is enabled in the info.php on their site, but I could never get it to work. They ask you to use some SMTP script they have instead.

Tripod UK support mail() but you can only have up to 150 receipients a day. Thats not 150 e-mails.

Well update it to RC-4 ASAP. RC-3 Has major security holes which puts the whole server that it is being hosted on, at risk.

They wouldn't close down, they've been up for so long, they just upgraded their servers, the only thing i may see coming is them putting a cap on space eg. 20mb,50mb,100mb+
