Of course, there are lots of good free hosts, some that have been around for many years.

What host are you with now? What kind of research did you do before signing up with them?

There's quite a bunch of decent free hosts which have been here long. Like Alley said, zoomcities is one of them. I'll be celebrating my 1yr anniversary soon :) If you look hard you'll find some.
