Jewlzk? Gone?

I have noticed that http://vlexo.com has been down for the past few hours... I have just now done a google search to discover http://jewlzk.com is down too...

Can someone help to explain what is happening? Updates?

I did - Long Ago.

I made choices to leave because of many reasons.

1) Support was slower then molasses. Normal wait time is 2-3 days for responses. Unless you badger.

2) The network goes down more often then it stays up.

I was late by 24 hours or so paying an invoice and all 4 of my servers got formatted. After clearly telling him that we would be a bit late paying. And by late i mean 38hours late - we were waiting for the money to clear into paypal from our bank account.

I am doing my own thing - and i have learned my lesson. Owning my own hardware is probably the best thing I have ever done.

I am not sure who is suffering, they are back up and it seems like the downtime was very short. I am sure Roland will be along shortly to update us on the current situation.
