Do you know any hosting company offer free webspace with PHP&PostgreSQL supported? and 1MB and over webspace. Thanks

F2s ( http://www.f2s.com )

Both of these hosts support PHP3 & Databases, you will need to check them for your exact requirements though.

yea, http://www.f2s.com is your best bet, but they arent exactly fast. They offer both Mysql and PostgreSQL

F2s - not amazingly fast, but I wouldn't call them slow.
Does largely depend on what server you are on though.
