A shoutbox is a script which allows you to make small posts/notes which get displayed to everyone.

Are you looking for a free one? There is several, unfortunately most of the free ones don't allow much in the way of administration. But this is the one I use. And if you pay the 2.00 a month it has a lot of great features.

find a tutorial to make your own :-) very simple script and yo and style it all yourself with CSS and it wont have any copyright or "powered by" information unless you but a text thing on that saying copyright to the people that shown me the tutorial lol
