What is a good pop up/under sponsor?
I need it to accept websites hosted on free servers, and don't own a domain. Is there anything GOOD? And, is there anything that doesn't only count the unique visitors every 24 hours, but all of the users? I want to be able to have a forum and some times just pop it up, but there is no use if it only counts every 24 hours...
And, is there one that pops-up when someone exits?
