How would I go about linking youtube videos on my website ?
Is there some sort of a program that Youtube has or is this forbidden to do ?

When you look at the page for the youtube video there should be something just under the description called "Embed" - just copy this code into your webpage :)

I think there are script out there and it will automatically grab them from utube. I know a guy who can do that, or can sell you the script.

It should be legal. YouTube even provides the embed code on their video page.
