File convertors?

I am looking for a free utility that will change uppercase file names to lowercase. I have like 600 files that are capitalized, and really dont want to rename them all.

Can someone point me to that utility?

haha why do you want to do that, but u can always pay someone to custom a program for you. i believe it must be something very easy to be done. i think the website is elance.com.
