Att: Enom resellers :: How to return a fraudulent domain

Hi everyone,

We are enom resellers and been loosing money due to fraudulent domain orders like many other resellers.

We have now found from enom that we can return any fraudulent registered domain within 5 days of the time it's registered.

Click on the Help button at the top right handside of the enom site, after that click on Support Center. Submit a ticket under Domain Disputes.

I hope this will help someone who needs it.

Thanks for the information. Also make sure you put a ticket as soon as possible then. I have noticed they take a minimum of 24-48hrs to reply.
