Your database name is yourdomain_com ex. freewebspace_net would be the DB for here.

Yeah! Sure...! I've requested about 5 times support (email) from myacen and I got only one answer (1/5) in a period of a month and a bit more! So it's not always easy to get an answer from your host.

You could PM the myacen webmaster here, I think the S/N is myacen network he/she/they are on all the time. I was under the impression that myacen had good service.

Well, the problem is that I had made the matter known to them through their forum. Some days ago. Don't remember how many...
Two days ago, I sent them an email. Till now I didn't get an answer. I'm not saying that they aren't a good host. I'm saying that they're having serious email(/support) problems. At least for me.
And I don't think that I'm supposed to get support through pm , here at Freewebspace.

Email is still problematic. We are moving our main site to another server soon.

Not exactly sure how Myacen's system works but normally finding out this info is easy as you have to invent it your self.
Creating a database comes 3 parts and PostNuke asks 4 things of you. To Create a db:
Create a name
Create a user
Create a password
When you run postnuke it will ask for your hostname and just enter localhost. :)
