I am running out of ideas to make for dinners, so I was hoping people can post recipes for myself and anyone else to see. I will post a simple one that everyone that has had it seems to love it:

1- 16 oz container of Sour Cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup (or cream of broccoli)
chives

Basically mix said ingredients and heat. Serve over chicken.

Simple eh?

My take on Chicken Piccata

4 medium-sized chicken boobs, boneless
12oz of cooking wine (white)
One little bottle of capers
SOme olive oil
Sautee pan
Big bucket-pot to cook pasta in
Water for the bucket-pot
Pinch of salt
Angel hair pasta
Bottle of lemon juice
Miscellaneous seasonings (basil, rosemary, etc. to your taste)

Trim off all skin, fat, tendons etc off of the chicken boobs. Make them completely clean. Then smash them flat (either a meat hammer or a big knife works)

Coat the bottom of the sautee pan with olive oil, heat up, and cook the chicken. (make it slightly dry -- soaks up the juice later). Make sure you dry off the chicken first, unless you like olive oil all over your kitchen (hint: water + hot oil = fun)

Move the cooked chicken onto a plate somewhere out of the way and drain the oil out of the pan. Drain the capers and dump them into the sautee pan along with the lemon juice and white wine into the pan (eyeball it, I never use all the wine/juice [usually 3/4], but all the capers). Add whatever herbs you want to. Heat up to medium heat and leave it open - this is the part where we reduce the shiz.

While it's reducing, add the water into the bucket-pot and the pinch of salt. Boil and add the angel hair pasta. Cook the pasta to your preferred firmness and drain.

Let the sauce reduce until it's nice and thick. It should look like you don't have quite enough, but trust me, it's really strong.

Put some pasta into a plate, and put the chicken next to it. Drizzle some sauce over both, and put some capers on top with a spoon. Eat it. Give Ben +rep for making your taste buds have an orgasm.

I also make a killer Creme Brulee, but I can't quite recall the recipe at the moment. My dad can make a killer batch of egg nog. My mom rocks the BBQ pit.

Take my chicken piccata recipe, and replace the chicken with extra-firm tofu. Tastes great.
I just made it for dinner last night.

the only soy bean product i have ever had that i like is Jack In The Box tacos. they only use real meat in the Monster Tacos, not the regular ones. otherwise, i tried tofu ribs, and i hated them. had tofu in some Asian dishes and didnt like it then either. i will stick with chicken.

Crisp Sandwich:

1. Make a sandwich like you would normally. Doesn't work well with spreadables, note, such as peanut butter.
2. Take the top slice off the sandwich again.
3. Open a bag of crips (Americans see: potato chips) and empty it into the sandwich.
4. Put the crips on the top layer of the sandwich.
5. Replace the top slice.
6. Enjoy.

I think that tortilla chips are better on sandwiches and potato chips are better on burgers.

Here's a little something I like to call "whatever is in the freezer" ...

Preparing a meal with the minimum amount of effort actually starts in the supermarket, you should try to insure that all vegetable products are bought in bags, and all other products that you could eat with vegetables are in boxes ... and so

1. Take ashtray off the end of kneee
2. Walk slowly towards freezer, be careful of the toys on the floor
3. Open the freezer without bending over or getting your nose cold
4. Grab 1-2 bags and 1 box
5. Empty bags into water and boil
6. Empty box into oven @ 200 degrees celcius
7. Walk slowly back to sofa
8. Replace ashtray on knee
9. After fifteen minutes, start asking the misses if dinner is ready yet.
10. Repeat step 9 untill the ashtray is once again replaced, by dinner.

Are you suggesting I have a vagina?At the very least you have a man-gina, possibly a he-pussy.

Lol @ krakjoe's post.

I'd like to add that instant soup and 2 Minute Noodles is quite a good snack and it's easy to prepare. As for meat / poultry I always just use instant sauces with whatever cuts I get.
