Arching Text in Photoshop

I'm trying to get text perfectly arched around a circle with Photoshop but I can't get it to work with Warp Text, it doesn't look right. An example of something I want is: http://www.aimoo.com/aimooimagehost/img1316/image01.bmp

Anyone know how this can be accomplished the most easily?

i am only familiar with psp, but basically you create a vector line... then select the text tool and snap the text which curves on the line.

Maybe someone else can explain in greater detail. :)
