Business Shirt With Black Pants
Dont go over the board with it, just keep it simple. look proffesional and do your thing. Remember, remain eye contact at ALL times. No matter what. When you look around, you are telling the employer you are nervous.

Congrats on the interview. I say business shirt, tie, suit pants. Full suits are for weddings and funerals.

Depends on how high-classed / important this job is. You don't want to overdress. I say black pants with business shirt is fine because it's smack down the middle.

You don't want to under dress either... that's why I'm decisive. Just email them this thread and ask

I don't see an option for clown suit.

I don't see an option for clown suit.
I don't see an option for birthday suit. It'll make a great impression and really separates the people-pleasers from those that fall short...

I went with option 2 (Business Shirt with Tie and Suit Pants)
Group interview went aight - even tho i despise of them.

Since the questions pretty open I'd say suit, means you have a suit shirt and tie on and the jacket can always come off when you see what the rest are wearing.
Remember the interviewers will be looking for you to make maximum effort, it's what they will want in the job.

it depends on how important this job is, and also the type of job. you know, for my interview at ITtoolbox, i would have worn a suit, but, didn't have one that fits anymore since i gained weight, so, i wore a dress shirt, tie, and slacks, but, would i wear that to a customer service interview, i am not sure. i would probably ditch the tie. a nice shirt and slacks should be sufficient enough.

I would say just a tie. Nothing else.
You'll stand out amongst everyone else in the employer's mind.

Balls. Pun quite intended.
You'd be a tough person to have a job interview with Jan. Thank God I don't much care for employment and you don't really have any power in that regard.

Doesn't that make you wish you could go back in time and go to the interview naked just to see if it would have made any difference?
I sure as hell would.
