Sorry to double post but...

You PUBLICLY give access to EVERYBODY'S hosted files?! I am certainly not using this!

No i don't :) when you upload the file u have the ability to choose under the Description field you will find a question asks if the file is Public or not if u choose Yes everybody will be able to see your file by the Default its yes but u can change it :)
