we are now on professional servers
how does a server become a professional server?
dual paid hosting service
what does this mean??
we allow several advanced features such as remote MySQL connections and socketing as well as secure shell (SSH) access.
advanced features or just being unsafe? ssh dont they mean jailshell? cpanel has that by default

It means it is a server with a suit
dual paid hosting service
Likely that is run paid hosting clients on the same server.
we allow several advanced features such as remote MySQL connections and socketing as well as secure shell (SSH) access.
Likely just being unsafe ;)
But it depends what they are offering and without actually looking that you can't actually say if it is unsafe or not.

Well if he is offering SSH with for each client then I personally would look on for another host, even if I was paying.

They probably don't know English and used a poor translator.

SSH is the name of the service, SSH provides a secure TCP/IP connection to a virtual terminal of the machine you're connecting to. Saying you provide SSH doesn't imply usage of one terminal application over another.

remote MySQL connections. I think you can connect to the MySQL from another server.
