MY question is which link gives more good ranking in search engine example like home/page1.html, home/page2.htm, home/page3.htm

or home/google_r/ , /home/sit_three_four/

this is both .htaccess redirection of my site having same content and meta.
i want to know which link will work better in seach engine or there will be no difference .
