Built-in to Mozilla.
Preferences > Advanced > Scripts & Windows then uncheck "Open unrequested windows".
You've other options, too. You can prevent existing windows from being moved or resized, you can stop scripts from changing which window is in focus, and you can even stop normal links from opening in new windows.
