Mozilla and Internet Explorer !!!!

Ok so ive been working on my site and today I tried viewing it with IE and it doesnt load right. Anyone familiar with this kind of stuff. Im aware that IE sucks and " GO FIREFOX " but alot of people are still corporate slaves to Microsoft. So please take a look at my site with both browsers and tell me why you think its acting this way and if theres a way to quick fix.

Apart from the fact it's got an iFrame what's up with it in IE? Fine in both but Opera centers it all in the iFrame too.

Seems to work okay for me in IE7
