I thought trexhost was a great and reliable host. Yet, I've been having more and more problems with them lately. From server problems to extremely late responses to my tickets, even when listed as critical. They've stolen $20 from me. I owe about $20 per month, I had already paid that. Now, my paypal is almost empty. Should I open a paypal dispute?

Also, with the bad support and service, for this once thought of great host, I'm losing patience and trust. Anyone know of a company thats stable and gives about the same specs?

Did you try before you pay for the hosting?
I mean like sending support ticket at 4.00 a.m. and see the respond.
How long have you been host with them? Do they have money back guarantee?

I dont know the issues that you are having with these guys, whether it be billing or support issues. Try to work it out with your host before opening a paypal dispute on charges.

My gamer friend's friend owns Trex-Host. If I'm not mistaken, I believe that Trex-Host is being DDoSed for hosting the site crazy-coderz.net, which is a warez site.

They have the worst support ever!

They cant solve my issue for 10 days!

They are oversold, many times I get error, cPanel says no more space left on hdd!

They have high load servers, they should reboot the servers due to high load ---> poor uptime!

DONT GO WITH THEM EVER!

They have stable problems, but the problems keep occurring. Meh, good deals, but, its probably best not to choose them. But, since I've been with them for a month already, I'll have to keep em.

Hey there Schmarvin. Have just noticed this thread and thought I would jump right in. I do not know how where or in what fashion we "stole" $20 from you, but I assure you that if there was indeed a billing mistake, it was not done intentionally.

The stability and oversold comments from above, well, I suggest that customer try a trial with us so we can counter that. Schmarvin, I am sure you have no issues with stability and can back me up on that one the same way we try our hardest to back you as well.

As for support request. Yes, I will be up front about it. We have had some issues these last three weeks with getting some good, quality help on that front line. We dont want to just throw anyone on there to handle our customers, and unfortunately, good help is hard to find.

Well, please, contact us at contact@trexhost.com, let me know in detail whats going on. I want to personally make sure your taken care of. Thank you for your understanding in advanced, and also please note, we are working deligently to get our support staff where they need to be.

well i'm a customer at trexhost for more than 5 months now. they servers are the best they are stable and didn't notice oversold issues the hdd status is 50% not more than that on the server that i'm in. Servers are machines and machines go down but trexhost always fix these problems i remember one day that server went down james didn't sleep all night until it is fixed. Trexhost is a great company even as james said that in these 3 weeks the support wasn't great but there is a reason for that and i'm sure that would be resolved very soon like always trexhost do

A Trexhost customer

If anyone is looking for a reseller with the servers which'll blow you away. Go with them, over a year of hosting KwiX, never would regret it.
