Asking for help.

Well to start off I'll explain my situation. My school was holding sign-ups for the NJIT Chemistry Olympics and I decided to sign up for the category of webdesign. The topic for the website is an explanation of the chemistry and such about a Wastwater Treatment Facility, and I need help thinking of a color scheme for the website. I'm not sure of one because it will be looked upon by judges who will decide the placement but also by other students in the Chem Olympics and well im a little stuck on what color scheme to use. Any help is appreciated.

Not too light though. But also not navy. Somewhere inbetween. But make sure its blue.
