It's good actually, i don't think you need to change design.

1. make this "UltimateHoster.com © 2007. All Rights Reserved." in the middle (alignment)

2. increase the size of the "Reliable Hosting". (in http://ultimatehoster.com/images/head_txt.jpg)

3. "$ 6.95 p/month" do you mean "$ 6.95 /month" or "$ 6.95 per month" ?

4. http://ultimatehoster.com/shared.php
change the 3 plans on the top with the cheapest, average, highest plan.
