Hello, I am new to the whole owning a dedicated server thing. I've been hosting off a reseller for 3-4 months now. And I want my own server. I seen on a site I ain't going to say which one. Give my 1 tyb bandwith 80 gig hd + cpanel/whm lisence for 98$ a month. Can anybody give me a better offer?

I'll go for 500 gig bandwith and 50 gig hd I want no setup free 24/7 tech support by phone. And cpanel liscense. I'd like somthing bewteen 50-80$ a month. Thank you.

I would suggest raising your budget, cPanel alone is generally $30-$45/month.

Alright, nvm. I found a dedicated server for 41$ a month. 60 gig hd. Can be upgraded easy. 700 gigs bandwith. Can't be upgraded because I have it upgraded... Um and I got a cPanel liscense for 25$ from freind of mine.. So yeah i'm in good shape.

Actually, www.wsservers.com is kinda cheap nowadays. Dedicated servers starting at like 21.00$ + a freind of mine on Yahoo sells cPanel 11 for $25.00
I can give you all his ID on yahoo if you need a cPanel liscense from him. He is very relieable and owns like 12 servers :|.

Perhaps, you can go ahead and opt for a vps hosting package and set it up as per your requirements. :)
