I have been experiencing server and or nameserver failures from Kwix Host. What seems to be the problem, with at least the shared servers?
My site and Kwix are both down and it has been this way for 2 days at least.

Kwix Host is currently working on getting everything fixed. They are having some issues as their provider moved Data Centers.
Please hang tight, they are working their butt's off to get things fixed.
Cheers,
Tylar

KwiX on my end is currently fine, the sites loading but if you can access it, you'll see we're doing some upgrades and tidying the place up. I'm sorry if there's any downtime caused still. If you still can't access the website contact me.

KwiX home page is fine.Maybe clear your cache.
Plus, you need to log into iPanel ( which you should have already set up weeks ago when it was announced ) to make a support ticket.

I think KwiX needs another means of support.
When the site is down, you cant get any info on whats going on because nothing works.Maybe an IRC channel or something?
When your site doesn't work and kwix-host.com along with kwix-host.com/ipanel don't work, you get a little worried and with no support you get even more worried.
Maybe a thread somewhere ( here? ) that can keep members up to date when there is no way of getting info?
btw..... Kwix is down ........... :tired2:

Hello, this is Seth, I am on the Technical team with KwiX. There is another way of contacting us, MSN. Add support@kwix-host.com and if someone is on we will answer your questions.
Thank you,
-Seth
