Honest review wanted on following web portal design

Critical review on design, color scheme, content organization, usability etc will be most welcome.

The website got completed just a little while ago. Currently, its user feedback stage to improve it further.
The website is intended to be a news portal, with a slightly extra focus on local IT news from/for Indian computer vendors and retailers.

Thanks, am working on another template meanwhile .. a bit more blue-black .. but the current shades are what client wants, so first need to get these perfectly done. So any criticism, any improvement suggestions by mates out here will be more than welcome.

Great! The layout is perfect, colors are decent and I really cannot find anything in particular that is average....
