This is one of my quicker webs. But im proud of it.... Im not sure about the headings and my css and some of the roll over effects. But hmm you guys tell me what you think

Change the colour of the backgroud. It's very gloomy.

WTF is the point of the site. i see something about shirts in the header, but, i see not shirts to look and and buy. your site makes absolutely no sense. and you menu is waaaaaaay to small of a text and just gets lost.
