Is this design right for an SMS site?

I have just put up an SMS Gateway site.
I have kept the design as simple as possible, yet I am not sure about colors, layout, etc.

Frankly speaking I haven't seen the web site. It's not that like. Just sentences on the page.

to much crap. just put the sms script on the main page with a disclaimer in small text above or below the form, and leave it at that.

Make the "This site requires Javascript" only appear if the person is using a browser in which javascript has been disabled: use <noscript> tags for that.

Use Italics less, they don't look that good, and they just decrease the contrast of your text against the background. It's actually quite hard to read the content on your site.
