Free Domain and hosting

Good morning all. I am very new to web creation and would love to find a site that will give me a free commercial domain name registration and free hosting. I am as I said new to this so I would need 250meg of space with 500mb of xfer. I will use this site to get my website created and tested until I feel its ready to launch and then I would be willing to discuss a paid hosting plan with who ever supply's the free hosting and domain name. Oh and on a side note I will be using heavy Flash within the site so I don't know if that will make any difference. Also I would love a pop-email account to go with this.
