Might be a good offer, But its still a offer and should be put in the correct forums.. An offer is an offer.
That made me sound like a hardass sorry :(, I dont even feel its a really good offer... I can get the same sort of deal from a VPS provider, And that means knowing I have support at my finger tips becuse they deal in VPS's.

Cpanel on a vps is cheaper than a windows sever setup. www.vpsland.com cheapest VPS for windows you can find and there still $25/month and they give you like 5gb space. Also they give you about 5% of one cpu allocation. So my plan isnt THAT bad.

You need to get those memory allocations sorted :)

92M for 2000AS, you jest!
292M for 2003 server, see above!

You'd be using the CPU allocation just to manage the page file.
