tiny fonts are out. increase them a bit, and it wont be bad. also, think about icons for the menu items.

better, and is the site expandable, or is that a fixed width? i hope that is expandable, cause it is really long if it isnt.

It's expandable, because I test it for both 1024 and 1440 by "restoring" Netscape's window.

expand the footer to be the same width as the content area, and add some colors. maybe the diagonal lines should be a different color. it just doesnt pop, and is not memorable. so, mess with some soft colors like blue, and then try more eye catching like orange,a nd see where you end up. grey may be the best on in the end, but, you should try some variations.

I'll expand the footer/copyright, but the grays are staying. No amount of adjusting will make it look better to match a more blue theme, at least not on LCD.
