I'm not sure what type of proxy you're looking for, but one thing you could do it get James Marshall's CGI Proxy script and throw it on your hosting account and surf through it.

If you need a proxy for anonymity, that script will do it.

Most web proxies dont last for very long, and if they do, they are usually slow.


try www.multiproxy.org the proxy list at www.cyberarmy.com, or my personal favourite www8.big.or.jp/~000/CyberSyndrome.
